Asking is free of credit checks
Finding out where you stand doesn't touch your credit file. A credit check only comes up once you choose to go ahead.
No spray-and-pray
We don't auction your details to a crowd of lenders. Your enquiry stays with the person working on it.
A real person replies
Someone who knows lending reads your situation and calls you. Honest answers on the form mean we match you properly the first time.

Which lending door is open for you?
There are really two doors into business lending. Property-secured loans ($20k – $5m) lean on equity and a clear plan to repay. Unsecured options for trading businesses (typically $5k – $500k) lean on turnover and bank statements.
Answer four quick questions and we'll show you which door looks open — and what to read next. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Quick questions
Asked and answered
Will you lend to me if my situation isn't perfect?
Quite possibly. Most of the owners we hear from have something that isn't textbook — a short trading history, a default, ATO debt, no property or paperwork that's behind. Each is weighed on its details. Search your situation or tell a real person, and you'll get a straight answer.
Does asking Lend To Me affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. We talk through your situation first, and a credit check only comes up if you decide to go ahead with a specific option.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. We don't do spray-and-pray. A real person reads your enquiry, works on your situation and matches it properly, rather than auctioning your details to a crowd of lenders.
How much can a business borrow?
Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000, through first mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans over residential or commercial property. Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements.
Do you publish interest rates?
No. Every loan is priced on the business's individual circumstances — the security, the amount, the term and the situation. A real person explains the total cost in dollars before you commit to anything.
What can the money be used for?
Business purposes only — stock, equipment, vehicles used in the business, fit-outs, wages, tax bills, paying suppliers, refinancing business debt, buying a business or premises, and working capital.
Why should I fill in the form accurately?
Because it's how we match you properly the first time. Accurate details about your trading history, amount, purpose, credit and any property mean the first option we talk about is one that genuinely fits.
